## About trib3s

trib3s is a consulting and technology company based in Switzerland that
helps organisations make their **soul** — the dynamic interplay of human
values, culture, purpose, structure and brand — legible, technologically
effective, and strategically usable in the age of AI.

Two languages: German (default, [trib3s.com/de](https://trib3s.com/de)) and English
([trib3s.com/en](https://trib3s.com/en)).

## Founding thesis

The Digital Society follows different rules than the industrial society
that came before it. It is a **generative system**: realities form
individually, topics emerge spontaneously, trends develop dynamically.
Classical management models — built for linear, controllable systems —
fail to grasp this complexity.

In this environment, **identity** becomes the load-bearing strategic
asset. Organisations with a clear, legible identity (soul) make coherent
decisions across humans and AI; organisations without one fragment into
as many versions of themselves as they have AI tools.

## The soul framework

The soul framework is the structural blueprint trib3s uses to make an
organisation's identity legible. It connects three intellectual
traditions:

- **Stephen Wolfram's generative systems** — provides the structural
  vocabulary: hypergraph, persistent structure, computational
  irreducibility, computational bound observer.
- **Shalom Schwartz's Basic Human Values** — provides the state model
  of entities: which values are activated determines what gets
  selected, communicated, understood.
- **Niklas Luhmann's systems theory** — provides the resonant
  description of modern society: communication as operation,
  selection, functional differentiation.

These three together yield a description of organisations as living
systems whose coherence depends on a continuously evolving identity. It
is also searched for as an "AI framework" or "AI canvas" for
organisational identity.

## soulOS

soulOS is the technological operationalisation of soul. It is an
intelligence layer that sits across an organisation's AI stack —
existing AI models, workflow tools, MCP servers — and ensures every
agent draws context from the same soul. The result is coherent
behaviour across every automated interaction, regardless of which tool
or agent executes it.
