Marc Leuzinger

Marc Leuzinger connects the world of the natural sciences with the complexity of digital transformation. He originally studied mathematics and biochemistry with a focus on complex, non-linear systems. His passion for this field continues to shape his work to this day: it formed the foundation for the theory of digital society, which he authored as its principal developer.
As a pioneer, Marc founded SMLY, one of Switzerland's first social media agencies, repeatedly recognised for its focus on participation and community engagement. He later co-founded the SaaS platform contentfry. This long-standing strategic and operational experience fed directly into the development of the soul framework.
At TRIB3S, Marc translates insights from systems theory into effective strategy. He ensures that organisations in the age of artificial intelligence don't merely react but act from a coherent core. His goal is to make complexity navigable and to give organisations a form that holds up over time in a networked world. He carries this transfer from theory to practice into lectures at universities and applied schools, as well as keynote talks.
