Our life-worlds are fragmenting, personalising and polarising at breakneck speed. What people experience as effective, meaningful or worth striving for is increasingly shaped by their particular reality. This poses the question of societal impact anew:
What does impact mean when we no longer form a shared whole?
For over fifteen years, we at TRIB3S have been examining how the Digital Society works and what its dynamics mean for people and organisations. This work has given rise to an independent theory that describes society as a generative system: from the interplay of simple rules, new patterns, communication spaces and horizons of meaning form continuously.
For organisations, politics and societal institutions, this creates a fundamental challenge. How can different realities be made connectable? How can collective agency be preserved? How does impact move from a normative goal to a strategic resource? And what role does AI play in this?
In his keynote, Marc Leuzinger reveals the deeper connections behind this development. He gives decision-makers a new perspective on how organisations can find orientation in a fragmented society, achieve strategic impact and navigate confidently into a future with AI.
About the CNO Panel
The CNO Panel brings together decision-makers from business, public administration and politics. Under the guiding theme «From Digital to Impact», the participants in 2026 discuss how personal and organisational impact arises and what role AI plays as a tool, a partner and a challenge.
