The Generative Organisation: Can AI Create What Humans Identify With?
As AI agents take over more decisions, interactions and value creation, a deeper question emerges: How can increasingly autonomous organisations create products and services that people can still identify with?
The talk starts with the fundamental transformation of the Digital Society. It describes society as a generative system in which realities, communities and patterns emerge continuously and unpredictably. In this environment, orientation increasingly arises through identification with values, purpose, topics and communities that resonate with what matters to us. Strong brands embody this principle and, as a result, create products and services that people can identify with.
Artificial intelligence introduces a new dimension to this transformation. As AI agents increasingly develop ideas, make decisions, interact with customers and collaborate with other agents, parts of value creation move from humans to machines. This shift creates a central challenge: how can the human foundations of identification remain perceptible in what autonomous systems create? The keynote explores identification potential as a design principle for the AI-native organisation. What an organisation stands for provides orientation for autonomous action and shapes the space within which AI can create products, services and experiences that remain meaningful to people.
From there, the keynote explores the implications for AI automation, Human Gates and organisational design, culminating in the vision of the generative organisation: an organisation in which humans and machines dynamically create structures, workflows and value together, while preserving the human foundations that make identification possible.

Bookable formats & workshop packages
Every event sets its own accents. The impulse is available in three formats, from a compact inspiration on the main stage to an interactive transfer into practice. We deliver the impulses flexibly on site or as a digital event.
Keynote
The classic stage format
We deliver the keynote as a concise impulse talk between 30 and 60 minutes: compact, to the point and individually tailored to your stage and your audience.
Impulse talk & workshop
Impulse with an in-depth practice session
The keynote is followed by a facilitated workshop in which the group experiences the ideas first-hand and transfers them directly to a concrete question from their own organisation.
Impulse day
The comprehensive strategy or transformation workshop
The keynote provides the inspiring kick-off, followed by facilitated workshops, interaction groups and targeted work with our proven tools on a predefined objective.
The speakers: Sarah Nünlist & Marc Leuzinger
Marc Leuzinger and Sarah Nünlist are the authors of the Theory of the Digital Society and the strategy duo behind TRIB3S. They combine the intellectual depth of their systems-theory approach with the real challenges of modern leadership. With their approachable, inspiring manner they translate complex dynamics into compelling narratives that stick. Depending on the format and objective, the two appear as a well-rehearsed duo or as individual speakers.
Appearances have included the CNO Panel, the CV Summit and the European DAO Workshop, as well as leadership retreats and parliamentary-group meetings. Further references on request.

She is driven by the design space that the new opens up — using it to develop products and models that genuinely move us forward as a society.

Frequently asked questions
Who is this impulse particularly suited to?
The impulse is aimed at executive teams, board members and those responsible for brand, marketing, communication and product. It is particularly suited to organisations that deploy AI agents in value creation and customer contact, or plan to, and want to preserve their identity in doing so.
What is a generative organisation?
A generative organisation brings forth structures, workflows and value dynamically, in the interplay of humans and AI agents. It follows less a set of fixed procedures than a shared understanding of what it stands for. This identity gives orientation to autonomous action and ensures that what humans and machines create together remains recognisable and identifiable for customers and employees.
How does this keynote differ from «Emergence in the Agent Swarm»?
«Emergence in the Agent Swarm» asks what happens inside an organisation when AI agents communicate with one another, and how emergent behaviour can be detected and steered. «The Generative Organisation» turns the view outward: to the products, services and brands that autonomous systems bring forth, and to the question of how they remain identifiable for people. The two keynotes can also be combined.
Where can we find references to previous appearances?
Our impulses have proven themselves in both politics and business. References include renowned events such as the national CNO Panel or the international CV Summit, closed internal leadership retreats of companies and political bodies (parliamentary-group and party meetings), as well as academic events such as The European DAO Workshop. On request we are happy to send you specific references.

AI Agents & Emergence
Emergence in the agent swarm: when AI agents become the organisation
Where agents exchange knowledge, communication arises and from it emergent behaviour. The impulse shows what this means for the structure, governance and identity of organisations.

Society & Impact
Impact in a society reinventing itself
What does impact mean when we no longer form a shared whole? The impulse shows how organisations turn impact from a normative goal into a genuine strategic resource.
